BGT Jobs & Training is partnering with Ballarat Psychology Clinic to recruit a Medical Reception and Administration Trainee. You’ll be employed by BGT and hosted with Ballarat Psychology Clinic while completing a nationally recognised Certificate III in Business.
Working across three clinic locations, you’ll help create a warm, professional first impression for clients while gaining practical experience in reception, administration, scheduling, customer service and office support.
We’re looking for someone who is friendly, reliable, professional and eager to learn. Strong communication, attention to detail, computer skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality are important. Previous administration or medical reception experience is an advantage, but not essential.

Traineeship details:
• Full-time | 12-month traineeship
