BSB30120 Certificate III in Business
A Certificate III in Business is an entry level qualification that assists individuals with developing the skills and knowledge required to entry level roles within the business sector. This qualification is flexible and has a number of general electives that can be utilised within a training plan to allow for specialisation in certain fields.
A Certificate III in Business qualification is best suited to individuals who carry out a range of administrative, clerical data entry or operational tasks that require the knowledge of technology, programs, and business skills.
BSB40120 Certificate IV in Business
A Certificate IV in Business assists individuals build on already established skills and knowledge. Assisting with taking knowledge and skills to a completed level allowing for career progression into supervisory roles within the business sector.
This qualification is flexible and has a number of general electives that can be utilised within a training plan to allow for specialisation in certain fields.
This qualification is best suited to individuals who currently work within or has career aspirations in roles which may involve undertaking a wide range of business administrative functions and/or hold the responsibility of the outputs of teams or individuals.
BSB40520 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management
The Certificate IV in Leadership and Management qualification is for individuals who currently work within or have career aspirations in roles which may involve assuming responsibility for not only one’s own performance in a professional capacity but also providing leadership, guidance, and support to others.
This qualification helps develop the knowledge and skills of individuals regarding all aspects of leading and managing a team including apply solutions to a defined range of both predictable and unpredictable problems and analyse and evaluate information from a variety of sources.
This course ensures that the learner received essential knowledge to enable the furthering of communication skills and the creation, implementation and maintenance of operation plans and continuous improvement to develop personal and organisational successes.
