BW Advisors is seeking a motivated and professional Business Trainee to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to kick-start your career while completing a Certificate III in Business. Full-Time Traineeship.
About the Role:
In this traineeship, you will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office. Your main focus will be on reception and front-of-house duties, while also providing administrative support to our accounting team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting clients and managing reception enquiries
- Answering and directing phone calls and emails
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining office calendars
- Assisting accountants with basic administrative tasks
- Filing, scanning, and maintaining client records
- General office duties to support smooth operations
About You:
- We are looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, professional, and well-presented
- Confident communicating with clients and team members
- Organised, reliable, and eager to learn
- Interested in developing administrative and business skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced professional environment
