BGT are currently recruiting for a full time Receptionist/Administration Assistant Trainee in the Medical Industry, to play a vital role in service and delivery of all general Reception and Administrative duties.
You will be working on the front reception and enhancing the customer experience as the first point of contact, and providing administrative support to a small yet dedicated team of professionals.
To be successful in this role you must:
- Display exceptional attention to detail
- Demonstrate and deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
- Understand the importance of working in a team environment and value your own contribution to the team.
- Demonstrate strong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Be able to prioritise your own workload effectively.
- Have a passion for learning and personal growth to successfully complete your Certificate III in Business during your traineeship.
- Have the ability to always maintain client confidentiality.
Previous administration experience within the medical industry would be an advantage.
As part of your on the job training, you will complete a nationally accredited qualification in Certificate III in Business. This training will focus on developing your customer service skills and ability to work as an effective team member to set you on the path for your career ahead.
