Business Trainees - expression of interest for multiple roles
If you have an interest in Business, Administration or related areas, and are looking to start to your career in this field - we have multiple opportunities for you.
BGT Jobs & Training Ballarat are currently seeking Expressions of Interest for candidates to undertake a Cert III Business Traineeship.
As part of these roles, you will be undertaking general and routine administrative tasks including but not limited to customer service, data entry, document production, file management and invoicing.
You will work with friendly and supportive teams as well as receiving ongoing support and mentoring. As part of your on the job training you will complete a nationally accredited qualification in Certificate III in Business. The training will focus on developing your administrative skills and ability to work as an effective team member to set you on the path for your career ahead.
To be successful in these roles you must have:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good technical skills (particularly Microsoft Excel and Word)
- Good decision making skills
- Able to listen and understand clients’ needs
- A positive attitude and outlook
- Enjoy working with people & enjoy being a part of a team
- Well presented & pleasant phone manner
- A proactive work ethic
- Willingness to learn
- Trustworthy and honest
No prior administration experience is required, only your willingness to learn and contribute.
