The opportunity:
BGT Jobs & Training are currently looking for EITHER a Business/Administration trainee (1 year) OR a School Based Business/Administration Trainee (2 years) to play a vital role in a local accountant’s practice. The practise offers a range of business solutions, taxation and accounting services to all kinds of clients, providing them with tailor-made advice and helping them to make fully informed decisions.
About the role:
With training provided, we seek a team member to bring organisation in filing and office task management, to administer exceptional service to clients, to learn and implement administrative tasks, and to alleviate other staff workloads, so that all role functions are performed competently.
About you:
- You should have an interest in business administration and be motivated to learn a new career.
- You will need to have be competent in figures and numeracy literacy.
- You need to be a really organised, confident person with excellent communication skills.
- You will also be supported by a dynamic, hard-working, professional team.
- A willingness to embrace new technologies would be looked upon favourably.
- You can either be currently at School, or a School Leaver.
Duties will include:
- Confident use of phones and communication, both written and verbal with clients.
- Database use and maintenance - Excellent attention to detail.
- Monitor inboxes and internal systems to ensure timely action.
- Diary management and meeting scheduling & preparation.
- Scanning & filing of digital documents.
- Coordination of processes to ensure efficient outcomes.
