We are looking for a kind, dependable, and motivated trainee support worker to provide one-on-one support to an individual in their home and local community.

We are looking for a kind, dependable, and motivated trainee support worker to provide one-on-one support to an individual in their home and local community. This is a great opportunity for someone starting their career in care, with on-the-job training and mentoring provided.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Providing personal care, such as assistance with showering, dressing, and grooming
  • Helping with daily living tasks like preparing meals and light cleaning
  • Supporting the person to attend community activities, appointments, or go on outings
  • Offering companionship and emotional support
  • Following a personalised care plan under the guidance of an experienced supervisor

About You

  • No formal qualifications required – training provided
  • A genuine interest in caring for others and building a trusting relationship
  • Good communication and reliability
  • Willingness to learn and follow instructions
  • Driver’s licence and own vehicle preferred
  • Current or willingness to obtain First Aid, CPR, and NDIS Worker Screening Check
