Do you have an interest in cars? Based in Ballarat Full time role, 2 year Traineeship undertaking Certificate III in Automotive Sales.
BGT currently has a unique opportunity for a well organised, customer focused person to work as a Automotive Sales/Parts Interpreter Trainee with a local highly respected European car specialist.
As a part of your on the job training, you will complete a nationally accredited qualification.
About the role:
- This varied role will see you greeting customers
- Taking bookings and scheduling jobs
- Liaising with distributors and ordering stock
- Preparing quotations for customers and invoicing along with ensuring customers are kept up to date with the status of their vehicle.
To be successful in this role you must:
- Be great at multitasking/prioritising – able to handle high pressure, fast paced environments and prioritise urgent requests.
- Have a ‘can do’ attitude.
- Be able to provide excellent customer service – be clear, concise, confident and friendly.
- Be well presented with a mature outlook.
- Have great computer knowledge.
- Have an eye for detail.
A police check will be required.
