Course structure
To achieve this qualification, you need to complete 13 units of study, seven core units plus six electives. Click here for more information
Practical Placement
As part of the course, you will be required to complete 120 hours of practical placement in the workplace.
Completing practical placement will:
Entry requirement
A valid Working with Children Check and clear national police check may be required to undertake placement. You will be unable to complete full course requirements without completing placement.
Prior to enrolling in the course, you will be invited to attend a pre-course briefing. This is an opportunity to meet with the BGT team, discuss the course in more detail and ask any questions. This will ensure that you choose a course, and career pathway that is right for you.
