Responsible Service of Alcohol training is a legal requirement that allows you:

• A set of skills to equip individuals for serving alcohol responsibly.

Our RSA course covers:

• legal requirements relating to the sale and service of alcohol
• excessive consumption of alcohol and duty of care
• monitoring of patron intoxication levels and management of difficult customers
• alcohol consumption and Australian standard drink facts.

As well as valuable insight into the industry from our experienced trainer.

Cost:  $85, $50 concession. 
​Payment is required before commencing the course

Course Requirements

1. Learners must be a minimum of 16 years of age to participate in the course, however, cannot legally utilise the RSA certification until 18 years of age
2. Learners under the age of 18 require guardian permission to participate in this course. 
3. BGT require a minimum number of participants in order for short courses to progress. We reserve the right to cancel and reschedule short courses based on the number of learners enrolled in the course. If a course is cancelled or reschedule all enrolled learners will be notified no later than 24 hours prior to the course commencement time.
4. ​In order for an learner to be considered enrolled and confirmed within their short course we require:
   1. A complete enrolment form
   2. A valid medicare card, a valid form of photo ID
   3. Full payment must be made for the course.
