Flexible study options

This qualification is suited to those working as administrators and project officers. In this role, individuals use well-developed skills and a broad knowledge base to apply solutions to a defined range of unpredictable problems and analyse information from a variety of sources.
​

To achieve this qualification students must complete 12 units of competency.

Students are able to choose the elective units they wish to study in consultation with a trainer.

Areas of study can include:
  • Developing work priorities
  • Coordinating customer service strategies
  • Promote innovation
  • Microsoft Office – advanced
  • Administer projects
  • Marketing

Possible job titles relevant to this qualification include:
  • Administrator
  • Project Officer

Eligibility requirements:
All applicants must have a Unique Student Identifier (USI) and an interview to determine eligibility and suitability requirements prior to being accepted into this course.

Recognition of prior learning (RPL) is also available.

This training is delivered with Victorian and Commonwealth Government funding for eligible individuals. 

Police Check and Working with Children’s Check may be required as per placement organisation requirements.
