BGT Jobs + Training are currently looking for an Apprentice & Trainee Consultant to join our Employment Services Department. BGT are Ballarat’s largest employer of Apprentices and Trainees and are seeking a new team member to join our dedicated consultants and administrative staff, to grow our business and implement best practice systems and processes. As a Consultant, you will be working amongst a team who are committed, professional and enthusiastic about finding employment for our Apprentices and Trainees. In this role you will work with host employers to find potential Apprentices and Trainees who will suit their business. You will also be required to promote BGT services to prospective Host Employers. Your role will be to provide support and guidance to all of our Apprentices and Trainees, undertaking recruitment, induction and performance management activities on behalf of our Hosts. Are you innovative and looking to join a team that is growing and evolving? BGT is looking for a compliance and quality superstar to join the team. We are a local not for profit RTO that has been operating for 35 years in the Ballarat region. We pride ourselves on creating opportunities and working with those that are looking to upskill or reskill to get the careers they want. Our Compliance and Quality Officer will support the training team with the development and ongoing maintenance of policies and procedures. Assist with both internal and external auditing requirements, coordination of quality improvement activities within the department and organisation as well as the analysis of data.
