BGT is a not for profit organisation.  Our Board members and staff seek to be impartial and fair in their dealings with our clients, key stakeholders and the general public. 

The choice of individuals or organisations with whom BGT may have a business relationship will be determined in a professional manner based on sound business principles.

Individual situations will determine whether there is a conflict of interest between any of our staff or Board in our dealings with other stakeholders.    We monitor any such situations and ensure that fair process is followed.

We also believe it is important that we consider what other stakeholders might think of any particular situation.  These could include, for example, unsuccessful tenderers, other potential suppliers, other businesses, unsuccessful candidates or members of the community.
