By providing a solution to business, BGT manages all of the costs associated with managing an apprentice or trainee including recruitment, superannuation, wages and entitlements, insurance, protective clothing if applicable, employee records,  taxation, tools for trade, schooling, holiday loading, sick leave, occupational health and safety and up to date information on industry incentives from the government.
Each apprentice and trainee is assigned a field officer who individually mentors, supports and monitors them throughout their time in the apprenticeship or traineeship.
