all the help you need

BGT proudly supports the WorldSkills Australia competition.

WorldSkills is Australia’s largest and most prestigious trade and skills competition.

WorldSkills is a competition for young Australians interested in challenging their skills and ability against other young trade or skilled people in their area, the nation and the world.

Competitions take place every two years in 30 regions right across Australian. No matter where you live in, whether you are in the city of Melbourne, Bunbury, Darwin, Townsville, Sydney, Canberra, Port Augusta or Hobart, there will be a competition starting SOON!!

WorldSkills is an opportunity for young people to showcase your skills, fast track your career even travel the world.

If you’re successful at your regional competition, you’ll have the opportunity to travel interstate to represent your Region at the WorldSkills Australia National Competition in 2010.

As a WorldSkills National Champion you may also be eligible to compete in the UK, at the 2011 WorldSkills International competition, flying the flag as part of Team Australia – the Skillaroos.

*WorldSkills Australia International Pathways have age restrictions. Please refer to our website for details.
