Are you looking for an opportunity to move into the employment and training sector in a growing and dynamic not for profit organisation?

BGT has been established for over 25 years, we employ apprentices and trainees throughout the Western region and provide ongoing mentoring and support through the group training model. We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic person to join our team in the Melton office to help grow an already established business.

You will have recruitment or sales experience, extensive business networks, outstanding people skills and ideally, but not essential, an understanding of the vocational training and education sectors.
You will be responsible for a case load of existing clients and be supported in canvassing local and western suburbs businesses to build a portfolio, while guiding young apprentices and trainees to successfully complete their qualification. High level Word and Excel skills are desirable.
