The existing employee option offers the opportunity for current employees to gain recognition for their skills through a training and skills analysis process. It is ideal for employees wishing to formalise or upgrade their skills and experience.

Skill Sets Training

BGT offers training, skill enhancement and skill recognition for existing employees in any qualification listed in our course guide.

For those not wishing to complete a full qualification but particular elements of a training package BGT can provide Skill Set training of up to 4 units from any package listed on our Scope of Registration.
