BGT is a Group Training company who place apprentices and trainees with a range of small and large host businesses providing on the job training.

BGT manages all of the costs and administration associated with managing an apprentice or trainee saving the business time and money.

BGT is also a registered training organisation (RTO) providing training services across the community and specialising in certificate courses.

And finally our youth services team provide support for the disengaged youth of Ballarat. They assist in overcoming barriers that prevent young people from completing their education, training or employment.
