For youth wanting to get into apprenticeships or traineeships or employers seeking apprentice and trainee placement, BGT can help provide support and mentoring to make this a mutually beneficial relationship.

Youth Services
Our Youth Connections team provide support for the disengaged youth in Ballarat, and to the boundaries of Bacchus Marsh, Daylesford, Beaufort and Avoca. We assist young people to overcome barriers that prevent them from remaining in education.
