BGT - Employment, Training and Youth Services
BGT is a not for profit community based Group Training company with bases in Ballarat and Melton who place apprentices and trainees with a range of small and large host businesses providing on the job training.
Apprenticeships and Traineeships
BGT manages all of the costs and administration associated with managing an apprentice or trainee saving the business time and money. For youth wanting to get into apprenticeships or traineeships or employers seeking apprentice and trainee placement, BGT can help provide support and mentoring to make this a mutually beneficial relationship.
Training Courses
BGT is also a registered training organisation (RTO) providing training services across the community and specialising in certificate courses across a broad range of industries including, Children Services, Educational Support, Business, Retail, Hospitality, Community Services, Aged Care, Transport and Logistics and many more.

Youth Services
Our Youth Connections team provide support for the disengaged youth in Ballarat, and to the boundaries of Bacchus Marsh, Daylesford, Beaufort and Avoca. We assist young people to overcome barriers that prevent them from remaining in education.
